Google & Meta Ads Account Manager (Work from Home)

We are looking for a Digital Marketing (Google & Meta Ads) Account Manager to work remotely.

Position Purpose

You will be working directly with a portfolio of clients, managing the relationship, building and managing their digital marketing campaigns, identifying & implementing improvements, and educating clients to understand strategies used - Must have experience in either one or both Google & Meta Ads. We work exclusively with School and Colleges in the education industry.

About you

You will need to have an upbeat, enthusiastic and can-do attitude. You'll also need to be self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously as part of a small team in a skilled, niche agency. You have to hit the ground running with experience of both the Google & Meta platforms.

Your ability as a thinker, communicator, and doer will shine through when it comes executing marketing strategies including, Meta & Google platforms, optimisations, and advising the client on related aspects such website CRO and relating digital strategies to the consumer decision making process.

What you'll do:

- Be able to set up and optimise client accounts on Meta & Google
- Empower clients to understand what we do by articulating the value of our services – (Reports, conversations & answering queries generously)
- Balance delivery with the scope of work & client requests
- Identify & notify leaders of scope creep
- Build and manage clients campaigns within Google Ads & Meta Business accounts.
- Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients, building a positive relationship as the representative for the company.
- Campaign analysis to identify & implement opportunities for campaign improvement as well as communicating these to clients and managing client expectations.
- Prepare monthly written and video reports to foster each client's understanding of their digital strategy.
- Analyse analytics to further identify areas of opportunity and utilise conversion rate optimisation tactics to maximise the client's ROI.
- Educate clients on our SEM and PPC strategy and tactics.
- Provide an exceptional customer experience for our clients. They are our partners and we want them to feel a million dollars
- Be able to pick up the phone and talk clients through issues

Knowledge and Experience

- Exceptional customer service is #1
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- 1-2 years of agency or digital marketing experience
- Well rounded knowledge and passion of digital marketing, including SEM, PPC (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and Conversion Rate Optimisation.
- A hunger for learning and enhancing your existing skills.
- Confident in building relationships leading to high client retention. Our current retention rate is over 90%.
- Highly organised and process-driven.
- Experience in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager is a huge plus.
- If you have SEO experience not essential, but a bonus

Success Factors

- Do clients report confidence in the relationship? High retention and low churn.
- They achieve their platform and client metrics of Maintain, update & optimise 20/30 platforms (12-15 client accounts).
- Tasks are achieved on time, each time.
- Are they consistently working and articulating improvements for the clients' success?
