About the Role

This is not a content coordinator role. This is not a social media manager role.

This is the opportunity to come into a genuinely exciting brand at the ground level and build a content and media operation from scratch — one that has the potential to rival the biggest creator brands in the world.

You'll own the YouTube long‐form strategy, the short‐form content engine across Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and TikTok, and the systems and frameworks that make it all run consistently. You report directly to the CEO and have real creative ownership over the direction of the channel.

We're not necessarily looking for someone who has already done this at scale. We want someone with the hunger, the instincts, and the obsession to figure it out — and the drive to build something they're genuinely proud of.

What You'll Be Doing
* Building and executing a long‐form YouTube strategy focused on audience growth and subscriber retention
* Developing a short‐form content engine across Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and TikTok
* Scripting, directing and producing content — hands on, especially in the early stages
* Owning content calendars, production workflows, publishing cadence and performance analytics
* Reading data and iterating — you make decisions based on what the numbers tell you
* Building the playbook from scratch and refining it based on what works
What We're Looking For
* A genuine obsession with content and a deep understanding of what makes YouTube grow — whether from building your own channel, working inside a creator operation, or simply studying the platform relentlessly
* Strong storytelling instincts — you know how to hook, hold attention and make someone feel something
* Comfort with content analytics and performance data
* A self‐starter mentality — you don't wait to be told what to do, you identify the problem and fix it
* Some experience with long‐form and/or short‐form content creation
* Willingness to go hard on learning and self‐education — podcasts, YouTube strategy channels, creator breakdowns, you consume this stuff constantly

Experience in LEGO, gaming, collectibles or lifestyle product space is a bonus. So is a proven track record of channel growth. Neither is required. What is required is hunger, instinct and the willingness to go all in.
