About this opportunity:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Administration Trainee to join the CleanCo team at our their 88MW Kareeya Hydro Power Station in Tully
This is a 12-month contract and will provide an exceptional opportunity for you to gain valuable skills and experience in a variety of key administrative tasks in a supported learning environment.
The successful candidate will complete both on and off the job training including TAFE study blocks to achieve a Certificate III in Business, while developing work skills and experience supported by ongoing mentoring and coaching.
Key responsibilities:
- Support the team in managing electronic and physical documents
- Perform data entry, filing, and document control tasks
- Assist with maintaining accurate records and systems
- Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance and efficiency
- Learn and apply administrative procedures in a live work environment
About you:
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a professional setting
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- A genuine interest in business administration and clean energy
- You have a passion to be part of something bigger than yourself, that contributes to the delivery of a clean energy future crafted in Queensland.
