About the Role As Store Manager, you'll lead the full spectrum of store operations, spanning retail sales, warehouse processes, and team performance. You'll guide a team of 15, including 2 Assistant Store Managers and supervisors, to deliver exceptional results, elevate customer experience, and maintain operational excellence across the board. Your Key Responsibilities Inspire, mentor, and lead a diverse team to create a high performing, customer focused culture. Oversee both retail and warehouse functions, ensuring efficient and seamless daily operations. Drive sales performance and achieve KPIs through strategic planning and strong leadership. Manage inventory and all goods in/out processes with accuracy and attention to detail. Implement effective performance management practices to support growth and enhance results. Champion safety, compliance, and adherence to company policies and operational standards. What You Bring Solid experience in retail management, ideally within tools, equipment, or a trade related environment. Strong leadership capability, with experience managing large teams and driving performance. A results oriented approach with proven success in achieving sales and operational targets. Excellent organisational, analytical, and problem solving skills. Strong product knowledge or interest in tools and equipment, paired with a passion for customer service and expert advice.
