Legal is well embedded within the business and works closely with senior stakeholders across regions.
About the Role
Reporting into a senior legal team with global reach, this role will focus on supporting the APAC region.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Drafting and negotiating a range of commercial contracts across Australia and New Zealand;
* Supporting acquisitions, due diligence and transaction execution;
* Advising internal stakeholders on legal risk in a clear, commercial manner;
* Managing disputes and liaising with external counsel where required;
* Supporting projects across data, IP, governance and operational initiatives.
This is a hands-on role with strong exposure to the business and the opportunity to develop into broader areas such as corporate governance over time.
Skills/Experience
To be considered for the role, you will have:
* 3–5 years' PAE in corporate/commercial law;
* Strong contract drafting and advisory skills;
* Exposure to transactions or due diligence (desirable);
* The ability to engage with stakeholders and provide practical advice;
* A commercial mindset and willingness to learn.
Candidates with prior in-house or secondment experience will be highly regarded.
