EACH is seeking an Early Years Specialist to join our diverse, and highly motivated team comprised of Allied Health professionals, Social Workers, and Inclusive Education specialists!
The team are passionate about helping children and families achieve their full potential. In this vital role your responsibilities will include:
* Work in partnership with families to deliver functional assessments, identify developmental concerns, and develop personalised plans to support children to achieve their goals, actively participate in everyday activities, and be included in family and community life.
* Work collaboratively within a team to create evidenced-based strategies to support early childhood development.
Qualifications
In addition to a self-directed passion and drive to support children and their families within the community, we are seeking someone with an Allied Health professional or Educator with demonstrated experience working with families and young children with developmental delays/disabilities, and early intervention knowledge and experience.
This opportunity comes with a full training program included so we are open to new graduates.
