We are currently seeking an energetic, experienced, and Diploma-qualified or half way through (working towards) professional to lead our Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) service, which includes After School Care and Vacation Care programs.
This is a fantastic chance for a start ASAP, for someone looking to take on a leadership role in a fun and supportive school environment.
The Role
* As our OSHC Coordinator, you will:
* Lead the planning and programming of daily activities
* Supervise and support a small team of educators
* Communicate effectively with families, school staff, and the wider community
* Ensure compliance with National Quality Framework (NQF), including MTOP and EYLF
* Take on the role of Nominated Supervisor (Responsible Person)
The role includes
* Part-time After School Care during school terms, with option to work full-time including hours at the Early Learning Centre
* Full-time Vacation Care required during school holidays (except Christmas shut down period)
* Additional admin hours available
* Some relief work at the Early Learning Centre may be required
What We're Looking For
* Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (or equivalent)
* Strong knowledge of NQF, MTOP, and EYLF
* Leadership experience or a strong desire to step into a leadership/management role
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* A genuine passion for working with children and building a positive, values-driven environment

Salary & Conditions
Salary is in accordance with the Catholic Schools (NT) Collective Enterprise Agreement 2025, based on qualifications and experience.
