We're looking for a driven and enthusiastic Team Leader – perfect for someone with retail or merchandising experience who's eager to grow their leadership skills and career while supporting one of Australia's most loved everyday brands – Optus & Amaysim
What you'll be doing:
As a Team Leader, you'll be the driving force behind our merchandising team, ensuring Optus & Amaysim products shine in-store.
* Lead, mentor, and train merchandisers across NSW/ACT
* Build strong relationships with store managers & teams
* Oversee planogram implementation, displays, and promotional activations
* Identify and secure extra promotional space for Optus & Amaysim
* Manage performance, reporting, and territory outcomes with pride
* Enjoy a mix of remote work, store visits, and office collaboration.
About you:
We're looking for someone who's:
* Looking to step up in your career with hands-on experience guiding teams or driving retail/merchandising success.
* Organised, proactive, and motivated by achieving goals
* A strong communicator who inspires and builds relationships
* Confident, approachable, and solutions-focused
* Holds a valid driver's licence + reliable vehicle
* Flexible to travel within VIC
