Role Description Be able to pick up and deliver projects that are already in progress and align with a larger roadmap and strategy. Quickly understand complex systems and practices. Collaborate with project managers, technology team leads, and stakeholders to manage inter-dependencies across projects. Adopt a pragmatic approach to project management, aligning with existing methodologies within IDS. Possess a project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile) or have senior project management experience. Understand Design Thinking and Human-Centered Design, demonstrating their importance in optimizing digital experiences for customers. Have experience in developing and implementing project management strategies and plans at the program level. Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills. Manage multiple projects and priorities across stakeholder groups. Align with and demonstrate the values and behaviors of the University and IDS. The scope of the role includes: Experience in higher education or managing cyber and critical infrastructure projects. Delivering projects related to: CourseLoop (curriculum) system changes TechOne (student management system) data changes and feasibility studies Implementation of systems for the Commonwealth's Practical Placement Payment solution Enterprise rollout of new student support applications and decommissioning of existing tools Other education technology initiatives as they arise Support for:
Broad cybersecurity operations and project delivery Aligning with a yearly delivery roadmap Experience in IT critical infrastructure Managing dependencies across technology streams and linking to business/change streams Day-to-day management of tasks within integration and architecture domains Working with technical leads to manage resourcing, timelines, and deliverables Presenting key artefacts to program and business sponsors Performing other tasks as defined by the project sponsor Senior Project Managers should adhere to Client's tools, platforms, and capability frameworks.
