This approach reduces risk and enhances efficiencies making us a leading and trusted partner every step of the way.The OpportunityAs our Senior Payroll Officer, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and compliant operation of our payroll function across the business. Reporting to the HR Solutions Lead and working closely with Finance, this role is responsible for end-to-end payroll processing for both salaried and waged employees—ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance at all times.You will manage and maintain payroll systems (ADP) and time & attendance platforms (Kronos), while also taking ownership of statutory reporting, superannuation, taxation, and other third-party obligations.Your attention to detail and understanding of relevant Awards, Enterprise Agreements, and legislation will ensure all payments and deductions are administered correctly and on time.The role requires someone who can confidently provide guidance to managers and staff on payroll matters, support strategic initiatives, and drive continuous improvement in payroll processes.
