About the Role:
This role involves assisting with the administration, maintenance, and improvement of Transperth's Public Transport ticketing systems, related subsystems, and databases. Key responsibilities include managing ticketing data, software testing and upgrades, troubleshooting system issues, and providing support to internal and external stakeholders.

* Experience in complex transactional systems, translating real-world scenarios into technical requirements.

* Ability to work in teams and some experience in data analytics.
