Required Skills and Qualifications
* Current AHPRA Registered Nurse registration.
* Experience in residential aged care (preferred).
* Passion for providing quality care to older Australians.
* Knowledge of aged care quality standards & AN-ACC guidelines.
* Strong clinical skills and ability to make sound decisions.
* Leadership skills, including delegation to AINs.
* Excellent written and verbal communication, with sound computer literacy.
