Accounts & Administration Manager Brisbane – southside Are you an experienced Office Manager or Bookkeeper who enjoys working with numbers, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in keeping a business running smoothly? You’ll be at the heart of operations, taking ownership of both the finance function and day-to-day office management. We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just “do the job” — but someone who takes initiative, brings structure, and becomes a trusted support across the business. This is a varied and autonomous position where you’ll oversee the financials while supporting the wider team and ensuring the office runs efficiently. Key responsibilities include: Weekly cashflow forecasting and monthly budgeting Accounts Payable & Receivable Bank reconciliations BAS, IAS, TPAR, Payroll Tax and statutory reporting Apprentice rebates and government claims Weekly payroll, including complex award interpretation Job costing and rate reviews Insurance and compliance management Policies, procedures and documentation management Website and social media updates Supporting senior leadership, project teams and administration Participation in team and operational meetings Involvement in ISO certification and audit processes General office management and ad hoc support About You You’re organised, proactive, and take real ownership of your role. You enjoy variety and being the go-to person who keeps things on track.
