About the role
selectability is recruiting for a Finance Officer to join the corporate finance team, based in Townsville. The Finance Officer assists the Finance Accountants in the sound financial management of selectability and associated entities through the delivery of comprehensive, timely, and accurate accounting and financial administrative support services. The key responsibilities include:
* Manage and process quoting and invoicing promptly
* Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
* Handle invoicing inquiries and resolve them efficiently
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
About you
To be successful, you should have:
* Previous finance experience or similar role
* Advanced skills in MYOB, Acumatica, and Microsoft Excel
* Understanding of job costing processes
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within a team
* High-level organizational, administrative, and project management skills, including setting priorities and meeting deadlines
* The ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Role Requirements
* A Positive Notice Working with Children (blue card) (ability to obtain)
* NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (ability to obtain)
* Completion of NDIS Worker Orientation Module 'Quality, Safety & You'
About the offer
