* The Claims Consultant will manage life insurance claims end-to-end, providing a seamless customer experience.
* Independently managing a portfolio of TPD and IP claims involves assessing, analysing, calculating and finalising claims payments.
* Active engagement with external treating doctors, rehabilitation consultants, medical and legal specialists is required for timely customer outcomes.
