Continuous Improvement Specialist - AP role at Sharp & Carter
About the Role Responsibilities
* Root cause analysis of issues in the P2P function; design workflow to correct this and think beyond the initial task at hand
Work with offshore team and managed service provider daily to identify areas of improvement in process analysis
* Analyse and implement opportunities for automation across wider business process
* Ensure smooth day to day running of the AP function
* Process improvement; review all SOPs and re‐write processes to ensure the smoothest possible action
* System integration skills
Qualifications
* Strong background across Shared Service/P2P environment in leadership/project based roles.
* Demonstrated experience working with offshore teams/managed service providers
* Strong understanding of end‐to‐end finance processes, controls, and operating models.
* Experience delivering process improvement initiatives and continuous improvement measures
* Exceptional communication skills to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders
* An eye for problem solving; can drive long‐term solutions.
* Lean Six Sigma knowledge (Nice to have)
