A high-level hospitality position awaits at a luxury hotel as Guest Service Agent. This role involves delivering top-notch service to guests during their stay, providing a seamless and memorable experience.


Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver exceptional guest experiences, exceeding expectations
* Efficiently manage guest check-in and check-out processes
* Utilize hotel systems (Opera, Fidelio) and Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Access)
* Effectively communicate with guests, colleagues, and management


Requirements:

* Extensive guest service experience in Front Office/Guest Services
* Prior experience in 5-star establishments advantageous
* Strong keyboard skills and knowledge of hotel systems
* High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office
* The ability to speak a second language (highly regarded but not essential)
