About the Role
An exciting opportunity exists for a motivated IT Support Engineer to join a dynamic and growing organisation. In this hands-on role, you will provide day-to-day IT support across infrastructure, networks, systems, and end-users, ensuring reliable, secure, and accessible technology services.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide first-level support for IT service requests, incidents, and enquiries.
* Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and conferencing tools.
* Support onboarding/offboarding by preparing IT equipment and accounts.
* Monitor and maintain servers, storage, and virtual/physical systems, including updates, patching, and backups.
* Assist with network and security support, including firewalls, switches, Wi-Fi, VPNs, and endpoint protection tools.
* Maintain accurate system documentation, logs, and support records.
* Ensure compliance with IT controls and assist with audits (SOX ITGC experience desirable).
* Work closely with the IT team to deliver reliable and continuous service improvement.
What We're Looking For
* Experience in an IT support/desktop/infrastructure engineer role.
* Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networks.
* Knowledge of Windows environments, Active Directory, Office 365, and common business applications.
* Familiarity with network fundamentals (firewalls, switches, Wi-Fi, VPNs).
* Awareness of IT security practices and endpoint protection.
* Exposure to compliance or audit frameworks (SOX ITGC a plus).
* Excellent communication and a customer-first mindset.
* A proactive, team-oriented approach with a focus on integrity and continuous learning.
* NV1 clearance requirements is a must
