Our Training U For Work programs run from 4 to 5 days consecutively and are designed to help jobseekers take their next step.
We're looking for people who want to share their knowledge and experience with others.
If you've built up skills in your industry and enjoy helping others learn, this could be the role for you.
As a Sessional Trainer, you'll engage with a different cohort each week and deliver short, industry-specific, job-ready programs across areas such as:
Digital & Business Skills – computer basics, digital literacy, business support, customer service, retail, and preparing for employment
Cleaning & Housekeeping – commercial cleaning, health and hygiene, housekeeping, and industry readiness
Horticulture – practical skills for entry-level horticulture roles
Construction & Renewable Energy – construction sector essentials, workplace safety, and solar/tech readiness
Warehousing & Production – warehousing, pick packing, food manufacturing, and process work essentials
About You:
Passionate about working with individuals from a variety of backgrounds, sharing your skills and helping others succeed
Hands-on industry experience and/or relevant qualifications
Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE*****, TAE*****, or TAE***** with required upgrades) – Essential
What You'll Need:
Current driver's license and own car to travel to training sites and transport equipment (up to 20 kgs - cafe machines, warehousing gear, training materials, etc.)
Flexibility to travel to different training locations each week; accommodation provided for trips over 90 minutes.
Occasional interstate travel may be available.
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, NDIS Worker Orientation Module certificate and Working with Children's Check (or willingness to obtain)
