Are you ready to take the next step in your career? Due to growth, TASK is seeking a passionate Services Manager to oversee a cluster of OOSH services in Sydney.
As a Services Manager, you'll play a vital role in ensuring quality, compliance, and community engagement across your services. With full support from our dedicated head office teams, you'll have everything you need to succeed.
What You'll Do:
• Ensure Quality & Compliance: Drive continuous improvement and ensure adherence to NQS
• Lead & Mentor Teams: Provide training, performance management, and professional development.
• Manage Risk & Safety: Implement best practices to keep children and staff safe.
• Build Positive Relationships: Foster strong connections with team members, families, and school communities.
• Regular Site Visits: This is not a desktop role. Lead, coach, mentor, transform and provide incredible experiences for our children.

We set you up for success with a dedicated enrolment and medical compliance team, rostering and emergency staffing team, talent acquisition, and inclusion support. You will report directly to the Executive Manager, Service Delivery with the CEO and business owner only ever a phone call away.

To succeed in the role you should have a real appreciation and aptitude for multi-site operations. This means having the ability to work quickly and juggle multiple balls (figuratively of course), whilst not losing your focus on relationships and delivering the highest level of care and experiences in your services.
We welcome candidates who have (or are willing to obtain):
• A current driver's license and access to a vehicle.
• A valid NSW Working With Children Check.
• First Aid & CPR certification (HLTAID009 / HLTAID012).
• Child Protection Training (CHCPRT001 or CHCPRT025).
• Safe Food Handling Certificate (desirable).
