This is a full-time role that offers flexible hours, with most of your time spent on the road meeting clients. What You’ll Do: Grow the Customer Base: Actively identify, approach, and onboard new customers. Build Lasting Relationships: Develop strong, lasting relationships with clients to ensure consistent monthly purchases. Drive Sales Growth: Implement strategies to meet and exceed monthly sales targets to achieve consistent revenue growth Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with the internal sales team, sales representative team, and suppliers to maximise opportunities. Market Insight: Staying updated on industry trends and competitors and identifying prospect business development. About You: Proven Sales Experience : Previous experience in an external sales role, identifying leads and driving new business growth, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets. Industry Knowledge & Adaptability : Ideally experience within electrical wholesale or related wholesale industries (solar, plumbing, hardware, security etc.) Relationship-Building : Skilled in cold calling and fostering long-term relationships to drive growth through exceptional customer service. Self-Motivated and Independent : Strong initiative with the ability to manage and expand a customer base autonomously, while maintaining flexibility in a field-based role. Driven and Passionate: You have a genuine passion for sales and a drive to grow your career within the business. Travel Ready: Willing to travel within your region to engage with clients. A driver’s license is essential. Work rights: Australian/NZ citizen or permanent residents. No temporary visas or sponsorship.
