Yumaro is a multi-award winning NDIS provider, offering social enterprise employment, capacity building supports, accommodation, social programs, home and community support, support coordination and plan management services to over 220 people living with a disability.
Our participants are primarily located throughout the Shoalhaven and Eurobodalla areas.
About the role:This part-time onsite role (3 days, 18–20 hrs) in Moruya supports the Employment Pathways & Learning (EPL) team. As Administration Officer, you'll keep operations running smoothly while delivering great service to participants, families, and stakeholders across programs like SLES, Goodfinds, Learning activities, and Customised Employment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate service diaries, bookings, and participant inquiries.
* Assist with rostering, support plans, and event/course logistics.
* Provide admin support including quotes, service agreements, and data management.
* Support marketing activities and maintain stakeholder relationships.
* Ensure WHS compliance and assist with risk assessments.
Skills and experience:
* Qualification/experience in Administration.
* Strong computer, organisation, and time management skills.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Ability to learn and navigate NDIS systems and processes.
* Team player with attention to detail.
