About the role

We are looking to build a team with a variety of Support Workers who are able to work on a casual basis for aged care and disability clients located in the Mackay area and surrounding suburbs.
Duties & responsibilities
We are seeking Support Workers who will:
* Provide companionship and promote independence in the lives of aged care and disability clients.
* Work one on one with an aged care or disability client, focusing on their individual needs and happiness.
* Be flexible & available to travel to clients as required .
* Enabling the client to live a fulfilling life at home as long as possible.
