The Company
Our client is a large Dental Support Organisation that provides ready-to-use clinics, practice support teams and the support services to allow dentists to focus on providing exceptional patient experience. They are a rapid paced business with ambitious growth plans over the next five years and are bringing on board new employees to facilitate this.
The Role
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will partner with the practice network and play a critical role in contracting dentists to practice in their network throughout Australia.
Key responsibilities include:
Negotiate the terms of business
Research local markets, develop a network of contacts within the dental market
Networking events
Social media campaigns
Provide the business with market intelligence, hiring practices, salary information, and market-specific industry trends
Develop strong talent pools and build your professional network
About You
Minimum
1 year experience in a similar role
Demonstrated experience building effective business relationships managing across varies stakeholder groups and levels
Highly driven and motivated with the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving ability
Excellent communication skills to provide specific, immediate, and ongoing feedback as required
Competent in Microsoft Office Suite
Desirable
Experience working in the dental industry or knowledge or healthcare sector - sales, dentistry, products (desirable)
High level relationship building skills with all stakeholders and industry professionals - dentist network
Some knowledge of Dental software platforms, products, and services (desirable)
