We are currently seeking for casual to permanent-part time Home Care Aged Care Worker to support our senior in their homes working in the community in the Gympie / Southside Area.

What are we looking for?
A compassionate and dependable Home Care Worker (Aged Care) to support seniors in living safely and independently in their own homes.
Your role will include providing :
- domestic assistance
- personal care
- social support, and transport for shopping/appointments.
What do you need?
* Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing/Disability) or equivalent
* Highly desirable : minimal 2 years of experience working in Aged Care
* Personality : caring, reliable, and communicate well with clients, families, and our team
* You bring patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to make a difference in seniors' lives
* Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Current First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
* Open Australian Driver Licence
* Reliable registered own vehicle with comprehensive insurance that you can use for work
* Permanent Australian Resident or have work rights. Please note we DO NOT offered sponsorship for this position
