Job Overview
Brunel is seeking an experienced Accounts Officer to join a pioneering property developer in the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proficient in accounting software, including ProCore, ProScan, and MYOB.
* Manage staff timesheets, process payroll for 25+ employees, and handle statutory obligations.
* Prepare financial reports, including P&L, balance sheets, and monthly management reports.
* Process invoices, reconcile accounts, and manage credit card expenses.
* Ensure tax compliance, including BAS, IAS, and ATO filings.
* Maintain asset registers, manage stock-takes, and oversee equipment and fleet.
* Perform complex intercompany reconciliations, cash flow forecasting, and retention reconciliation.
* Competent in MS Office, ProCore/ProScan, MYOB, and other software systems.
