Work Health and Safety Administrative Assistant
This is a permanent part-time appointment at 38 hours per fortnight. As an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for the coordinated delivery of the Work Health and Safety, Workers Compensation, and Injury Management systems within the Pilbara region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Safety Support: Provide administrative support for the WHS Unit to ensure seamless operations in the Pilbara region.
* Injury Management: Assist in managing workplace injuries and ensuring timely reporting and follow-up actions.
* Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of safety incidents, near misses, and other relevant data.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Diploma/Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent;
* Excellent communication and organizational skills;
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
* Familiarity with WHS legislation and regulations.
