Role Mission
We're looking for a curious, data-minded Marketing Analyst to uncover insights that shape our strategy and strengthen our go-to-market efforts.
You'll turn research, trends, and performance data into clear recommendations that guide campaigns, content, and product launches.

Responsibilities
Marketing Insights & Analytics
Track, analyse, and report on marketing performance across key channels (paid social, website, email, content, events).
Build dashboards and weekly/monthly reports to highlight trends, performance shifts, and actionable learnings.
Measure campaign effectiveness and provide data-backed recommendations for optimisation.
Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and category shifts to inform strategy.
Campaign Support & Execution
Work with the marketing team to plan, execute, and measure campaigns across brand, product, digital, and offline.
Identify emerging opportunities (audience segments, formats, creatives) using behavioural and platform insights.
Support A/B testing across landing pages, ads, and content to improve engagement and conversion.
Market Research & GTM Support
Conduct research to understand merchant behaviour, pain points, motivations, and market gaps.
Analyse qualitative and quantitative data to shape messaging, product positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
Compile competitor analyses, market sizing, and industry reports when needed.
Assist in researching and drafting press releases, including identifying angles, structuring key messages, and gathering supporting data.
Recommend improvements to campaign workflows, analytics processes, and data visibility.
Stay up to date with industry tools, analytics best practices, and new marketing technologies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
1–3 years of experience in a marketing, analytics, or growth-related role.
Strong analytical skills – comfortable with numbers, insights, and turning data into stories.
Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Meta/LinkedIn dashboards, CRM reporting).
Solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals (funnels, attribution, paid ads, content performance).
Excellent communication skills – able to present insights clearly and concisely.
Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.
Nice to Have
Experience in a startup, fintech, or SaaS environment.
Familiarity with SQL, Excel modelling, or basic data visualisation.
Understanding of SEO, paid marketing metrics, and user behaviour analytics.
