What You'll Do
As a Lead/Principal Architect you will lead technology cases or modules within BCG projects, applying consulting expertise across strategy and technology. Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with clients to understand their challenges, define IT strategies, and architect solutions that drive performance.
- Winning client buy‐in for recommendations through compelling storytelling and executive communication.
- Leading high‐impact technology projects, particularly within the ERP/SAP space, and managing client deliverables.
- Driving thought‐leadership across the technology agenda and publishing relevant insights.
What You'll Bring
- 10–15+ years in a strategy, management, or technology consultancy with deep digital/technology and industry experience.
- Senior experience as an Enterprise Architect, especially with SAP/ERP program delivery in sectors such as Industrial Goods, Consumer Products, Government/Public Sector, Healthcare, or Energy.
- Extensive knowledge of enterprise‐scale solution architecture and system modernization.
- Proven track record leading high‐performing technology teams and delivering case/project results.
- Experience in presales, business development, and presenting to C‐suite clients.
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and communication skills, with a passion for publishing thought‐leadership content.
- Analytical rigor, problem‐solving ability, and a hypothesis‐driven mindset.
- Commercial and strategic acumen, with senior gravitas and expertise in frameworks such as TOGAF.
- Relevant qualifications: Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline; MBA, Master's, or PhD preferred.
- Flexibility to travel across A/NZ, Asia Pacific, and globally as required.
- Australian citizenship preferred.
