About the Role
As a Lifestyle Assistant (Disability Support Worker), you'll play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities to achieve their goals and live their best life.
Your day-to-day will include:
In-home support – personal care, domestic assistance, and daily living tasks.
Community engagement – helping individuals participate in social and recreational activities.
Supporting NDIS plans and promoting independence.
Flexible shifts available: Day, Weekend, and Sleepovers – perfect for work-life balance

What We're Looking For
* Current First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain) - Successful applicants must obtain First Aid & CPR certification within 3 months if not currently held.
* NDIS Worker Screening Card (or Yellow Card).
* Valid Driver's Licence and reliable insured vehicle.
* Australian working rights.
Bonus points if you have:
* Experience in disability support, high care needs, or behaviour support plans.
* Strong communication skills and a passion for empowering others.
Paid on-the-job training provided for successful applicants.
