Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Estates Surveyor to join our team at Essential Employment Ltd.
The successful candidate will have Full Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and will undertake relevant Continuous Professional development to meet the ongoing demands of the role and to meet RICS requirements.
* Identify and maximise opportunities for increasing income generation and efficiencies and revenue savings.
* Implement improvement plans as necessary.
* Presentation of findings and recommendations in a clear and coherent manner.
Excellent communication skills both written and oral are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Asset Management: Identify areas of opportunity to increase income and drive efficiency gains, ensuring maximum value is achieved from existing assets.
* Project Coordination: Oversee the implementation of improvement plans, working closely with stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
* Communication and Reporting: Effectively present findings and recommendations to various audiences, showcasing expertise in estate surveying and management.
Requirements
* Chartered Surveyor qualification or equivalent experience.
* Demonstrable experience in estate surveying and management.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
