Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
* Communication & Call Management: Answer and redirect incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner.
* Zoho Store & Inventory Management: Process sales and maintain accurate records of transactions.
* Administrative Support.
* Miscellaneous Duties: Assist with any additional tasks as required to support the organization's goals and ensure efficient front-desk operations.
Required Skills and Experience
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
* Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
Qualifications
* A minimum of 3+ years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
* Clear Police & Credit Report (mandatory).
Work Environment
This part-time on-site role requires working exclusively from the office in Varsity Lakes, QLD.
