About Your New Role
As a Commercial Finance Broker your core focus will be to operate exclusively in Asset/Equipment Finance, Commercial Lending, and Agricultural Lending. It should be noted that you will not be limited to these areas. These are just the starting point.
Operating in a dynamic, autonomous and sales-driven environment you will gain an unparalleled opportunity to capitalise on the firm's strong pipeline of potential commercial deals whilst also creating your own deals via networking and business development. Your expertise, communication skills and tenacity will be the key to your success.
Ideally you will possess the following:
* Proven track record as a commercial finance broker.
* Exceptional understanding of various commercial products.
* Have an engaging personality and a commitment to delivering a level of service that will exceed customer's expectations.
* Have excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
* Be highly process oriented with a high level of attention to detail, accuracy and efficiency.
* Ambitious, competitive nature, thriving in a fast-paced, sales-led environment.
* Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (preferred but not essential).
