About the Role As a Sales Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and expanding the company's presence within the HVAC-R sector.
You will act as the key link between the company's product offerings and its clientele – including resellers, wholesalers, and end users.
You'll be responsible for growing business opportunities, handling both sales and service enquiries, and supporting customers with expert consultation.
This role demands professionalism, a proactive attitude, and the ability to strategically identify and capitalise on opportunities to steer the business forward.
Key Responsibilities Maintain and grow business in the HVAC–Refrigeration market through strategic sales efforts.
Act as an intermediary between the company's supply chain and a broad client base.
Cultivate strong, respectful relationships with resellers, wholesalers, and end users.
Represent the company in a professional, knowledgeable, and cheerful manner at all times.
Handle sales and service enquiries, including quoting, order processing, and delivery tracking.
Support HVAC tools and commercial recovery business across multiple segments.
Develop and follow through on leads, preparing and managing quotations and sales documentation.
Enter data and manage records via the EXO ERP and CRM systems in line with company policies.
Travel to client sites and attend trade shows or demonstrations as needed.
Assist with internal marketing initiatives, training, YouTube demonstrations, and blog/forum content.
Contribute technical knowledge to support internal training, product development, and manufacturing.
Engage in regular outbound communications to maintain and grow client relationships.
Ensure all sales activities align with company values, policies, and quality objectives.
Contributing to blog, web, eBay, and digital marketing efforts.
