Job Description
The Site Administrator will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless and efficient operation of all departments and functions on site. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all site administration, including record management, data processing, and document control.
* Manage site records, including data entry and document organization
* Enter hazard and safety reporting into internal databases and software systems
* Provide administrative support to training programs, superintendents, and department managers
* Handle filing, archiving, and respond to phone and email inquiries
* Assist with scheduling, coordination, and communication with both internal and external stakeholders
* Reconcile invoices and monitor site-related expenses
* Oversee onboarding processes, including medical bookings and employee file updates
* Coordinate site inductions, training sessions, and travel arrangements
