Guest Services Attendant (Housekeeping) – Hinterland Hotel / Motel
Hinterland Hotel / Motel is seeking a dedicated Guest Service Attendant with a primary focus on housekeeping to join our team. We take pride in providing guests with spotless, welcoming accommodations and need someone with a keen eye for detail to maintain our high standards.
This role requires excellent availability between 8:00 am and 3:30 pm, including weekdays and weekends. Experience in hotel housekeeping is a plus, but a great attitude is essential.
A day in the life of a Guest Services Attendant
* Make every room feel like home away from home
* Follow daily, weekly and monthly cleaning schedules
* Help the Publican know what needs repair and maintenance throughout accommodation
* Work with the Front Office team to deliver special guest requests
Requirements
* This hands‐on role involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g., moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
