With steady growth and new project opportunities, we are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to join our leadership team.
The Opportunity
The Construction Supervisor will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and overseeing field crews to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant project delivery. This is a hands‐on leadership position ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys leading teams on the ground.
Responsibilities
* Lead and supervise construction and maintenance crews
* Deliver work safely, efficiently, and to client specifications
* Conduct pre-starts, toolbox meetings, and safety leadership activities
* Manage labour resources, subcontractors, and on-site workflows
* Interpret drawings, scopes, schedules, and project requirements
* Provide mentoring, coaching, and support to trades and labour
* Maintain accurate progress, QA, and daily reporting
About You
* 2+ years' experience in a supervisory or leading hand role
* Background in construction, civil, or maintenance works
* Strong safety focus
* Ability to manage people, schedules, and high-risk activities
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
