About this role
You will be the welcoming face and first point of contact for residents, families, visitors and staff as the Administrative Support Specialist supporting the day-to-day operations of our facility.
Your responsibilities include:
* Providing high-level administrative support to the Facility Manager and team
* Answering calls, greeting visitors and handling general inquiries
* Maintaining accurate records and resident documentation
* Assisting with rostering, data entry and compliance reporting
* Supporting staff onboarding and HR administration
* Ensuring office supplies and systems are maintained efficiently
Requirements
We are looking for someone with proven experience in administration, preferably in aged care, health or community services. You should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent organisational and time management abilities and proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office systems. A positive, respectful and team-oriented attitude is essential, along with the ability to maintain confidentiality and work with empathy.
