Role responsibilities and requirements: Previous experience in a facilities or accommodation setting Trade Qualifications in Construction/Electrical/Plumbing desirable, not essential Building and equipment maintenance on an ongoing basis Liaison with external contractors where required Lawn and garden maintenance as required Management of Fire Safety & Evacuation Procedures Please note all applicants must be willing to complete a pre-employment medical, police clearance and NDIS worker's clearance.
