Regional Health and Mobility (RH&M;), the leading provider of health & mobility products in CQ, are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team in our Gladstone store as Customer Service & Sales Specialists on a full time basis.

We are a family friendly, community based organisation with 4 independent living stores that exists to best service your needs in sickness and health. RH&M; specialise in the supply of all health & mobility products that help maintain the independence of our customers. Whether it is short or long-term support, our friendly staff are always happy to assist.
Responsibilities
- Sales of a range of health & mobility products including scooters, wheelchairs and other mobility devices
- Customer Service
- Promotion of Home Healthcare goods and services
- Inbound customer enquiries via phone, email and in person
- Excellent computer skills
- Full time and part time positions available
Qualifications
- Fantastic customer service skills
- Previous experience, knowledge, or an interest in the home healthcare equipment industry (not essential)
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude to work
- Good reliable work ethics
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment
- Safe manual handling techniques
