About the Role
We invite talented individuals to join our Graduate Program as a Metallurgist. This two-year program offers hands-on experience, continuous coaching and mentorship, and formal training.
As a Graduate Metallurgist, you will have the opportunity to:
* Develop practical solutions for steel manufacturing;
* Spearhead initiatives to streamline processes and enhance product quality;
* Collaborate on projects dedicated to fortifying safety standards and operational efficiency within the steel production domain.
About You

Key Requirements:
* A genuine passion for Metallurgy within the operational context of steel manufacturing and distribution;
* Australian/NZ citizenship or a visa granting unlimited working rights;
* Completion of an Australian tertiary degree within the past three years;
* Less than two years of full-time, discipline-specific work experience.
