* $33.50 per hour adult rate inclusive of casual loading (please note junior rates will apply for team members under 21 years of age) + penalty rates for weekday evenings from 6pm, weekends, and public holidays
About you
Perhaps you have been a Retail Sales Assistant with another company and are looking for a role that can offer additional hours during our peak season over Christmas trading?
* Display a professional, friendly and approachable manner when greeting and connecting with our customers
* Have experience fulfilling Click & Collect orders and addressing customer queries
* Be excited to create exceptional in-store displays and maintain high presentation standards
* Enthusiastic, friendly and well-groomed with an exceptional work ethic
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
About this opportunity
Contribute towards the success of our Christmas trading period by delivering individualised customer service in a team environment. Act as a brand ambassador by embodying the values and image of our premium jewellery store. This involves maintaining a high level of store presentation – cleaning and maintaining jewellery displays, the stockroom and store itself – as well as working collaboratively to support other team members with ad-hoc duties as needed. Develop knowledge of Michael Hill's artisanal craftsmanship and offer guidance to customers where appropriate.
