Job Description
About the role
We’re looking for a proactive, conceptually strong mid-weight Digital Designer to join our dynamic in-house creative team. In this role, you’ll bring ideas to life across a wide range of digital touchpoints — from paid media and social to website, UX/UI and EDM, using industry-standard design tools and emerging technologies.
You’ll work closely with marketing, digital and creative stakeholders to ensure every design delivers on brand, engages audiences, and meets business objectives. You'll be confident taking briefs from concept through to execution, balancing creativity with precision and commercial thinking.
This is a hands-on role requiring independence, excellent attention to detail, output speed and the ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects at once. You’ll be expected to work both autonomously and collaboratively, thrive in feedback loops, and help maintain an organised, accessible archive of digital design assets — including campaign visuals, UX/UI elements, photography and motion assets. You’ll benefit from flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, project requirements, and emerging design trends.
- Report to the Creative Services Manager – Digital and UX, collaborating closely with the in-house creative team to execute campaign creative across multiple brands.
- Interpret briefs and design direction to produce explicit, consistent and on-brand digital assets — including edits to existing master creative, retailer-specific adaptations, and tagging variations.
- Deliver high-quality static and motion assets across paid and owned digital channels, ensuring compliance with platform specifications and retailer requirements.
- Ensure all creative is audience-first, aligned with campaign strategy, and delivered with polish and accuracy.
- Participate in creative reviews and revision cycles, incorporating feedback efficiently.
- Maintain strong design consistency and cohesion across campaign materials by collaborating with other designers across print, brand, and digital.
- Stay informed on platform trends, visual best practices and competitor activity to ensure campaign relevance.
- Where appropriate, use AI-enhanced tools to streamline creative workflows and improve productivity.
This is a full time in office role based in Warriewood, on Sydney's Northern Beaches.

- Experience with AI-powered design tools such as Midjourney and Adobe Firefly to support ideation, speed and innovation.
- Ability to design and produce a wide range of digital assets, including social video and static content, digital POS and OOH, banners, campaign visuals and platform-specific creative.
- Familiarity with responsive/adaptive UX/UI design principles and digital layout testing across platforms.
- Strong time management and organisational skills — able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.
