The Opportunity
We're hiring a high-potential Executive Administrative Assistant to support an Associate Director in a fast-paced buyer's agency environment. This role is perfect for someone who wants a clear pathway into EA leadership or, over time, into a career as a Buyer's Agent.
You will gain exposure to strategy, negotiation, due diligence, and the behind-the-scenes systems that top buyer's agents use to deliver outstanding outcomes.
This is a long-term right-hand role for someone who values trust, stability and building a genuine working partnership with the Associate Director and his team.
Your Role & Responsibilities
You will support the Associate Director and small team, deliver exceptional service to clients and stakeholders, and keep priorities running smoothly, managing diaries and communications, coordinating property logistics, and acting as a key point of contact for clients, agents, solicitors and other stakeholders.
* Inbox + diary management: scheduling meetings, calls, inspections, auctions and key deadlines
* Client coordination: enquiries, updates, follow-ups and premium client service
* Property workflow support: inspection scheduling, campaign tracking, shortlists, feedback capture and next steps
* Documentation + admin: offers support, key dates, due diligence checklists and file management
* Stakeholder liaison: agents, vendors, solicitors, conveyancers, building/pest inspectors and service providers
* Operations support: CRM accuracy, document preparation and internal team coordination
About you
* Experience in an EA, PA, Team Administrator, Team Assistant, Office Coordinator or Office Support role (real estate/property exposure ideal but not essential)
* Strong written communication, confident phone manner and a genuine client-service mindset
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to juggle shifting priorities
* Discreet, calm under pressure and comfortable taking ownership
* Tech confident (CRM, calendars, documents—quick to learn new systems)
* A genuine interest in property and motivation to grow into an EA or Buyer's Agent pathway
