Searson Buck is proud to partner with Toosey Aged and Community Care in their search for a newly created Clinical Operations Manager position based at their Longford facility.
Toosey Aged and Community Care is a proud, not-for-profit aged care and community service organisation serving the Northern Midlands for almost 100 years. With the appointment of a new Chief Executive Officer and a renewed focus on quality, culture and leadership, Toosey is entering an exciting period of transformation.
We are now seeking an experienced Clinical Operations Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership across our residential, community and independent living services in Longford.
The Opportunity
This newly created role will lead Toosey's clinical governance, quality, risk, maintenance and community operations. Working closely with the CEO and Senior Leadership Team, the Clinical Operations Manager will ensure the safe, person-centred delivery of care, operational efficiency, and compliance with the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards.
About The Person
You will be a registered nurse (AHPRA) and an experienced leader in aged or health care. Calm, collaborative and values-driven, you bring strength in clinical governance, operational management and workforce engagement. You understand that culture and systems must work together to achieve excellence in care. Alignment to Toosey's values; Respect, Compassion, Integrity, Community, Value and Excellence is essential.
