Job Description
* Lead branch strategy, daily operations, and business performance to ensure strong profitability and efficiency.
* Oversee P&L, budgeting, forecasting, margin management, and commercial governance.
* Direct and develop senior staff across sales, customer service, and operations, fostering a high‐performance culture.
* Drive sales growth across OEM, contractor, distributor, panel builder, and industrial markets.
* Approve major commercial proposals and represent the branch in significant customer negotiations.
* Ensure operational excellence across stock management, supplier coordination, and customer service delivery.
* Analyse market trends and adjust branch strategy to increase margin, revenue, and competitive position.
* Maintain alignment with corporate policies, compliance requirements, and performance standards.
The Successful Applicant
* Has 5+ years' senior leadership experience within industrial electrical distribution, automation, or a related field.
* Has demonstrated capability managing branch‐level or business‐unit financial performance.
* Can lead multi‐disciplinary teams and deliver sustained commercial results.
* Brings strong commercial and financial acumen, including margin control and pricing strategy.
* Communicates with confidence and builds strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Is operationally disciplined, strategically minded, and motivated by continuous improvement.
