Join our forward-thinking federal government client driving a major data transformation initiative. Be part of building a modern Data Warehouse that powers smarter decisions and delivers meaningful insights for government.
Available Roles
EL1 Assistant Director – Data
Lead a high-performing team to deliver strategic recommendations and actionable insights. Champion data storytelling, governance, and adoption of advanced analytics solutions.
APS6 Senior Data Analyst
Design and develop Power BI dashboards, dimensional models, and predictive/trend analysis. Collaborate with engineers to ensure high-quality datasets and reporting solutions.
APS6 Senior Data Engineer
Architect and maintain modern data warehouse solutions using Azure Synapse and Data Factory. Build scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and interfaces to support enterprise analytics.
What We're Looking For
Technical Expertise:
* SQL, Power BI, Azure
* Modern DW tools (Synapse, Data Factory)
* Data modelling (dimensional, predictive, trend analysis)
* CI/CD practices and automation (desirable)
Mindset & Leadership:
* Innovative problem-solver with strategic thinking
* Skilled in data storytelling and translating insights into action
* Managerial experience required for EL1 role
