Strategic Development Manager for Design
The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to help our Enterprise customers adopt Adobe Express for their visual communication needs by:
- Discovering, engaging, and supporting Adobe Express users - Demonstrating the value of Adobe Express within the context of their business - Helping them to identify repeatable, high-value use cases - Helping them to scale usage within their organisation.
What You'll Do
As a Design Strategic Development Manager, you will be responsible for helping visual communicators within our enterprise customers (e.g. marketers, corporate communications, creative professionals) to adopt Adobe Express for their visual communication needs.
Leveraging the existing relationships that Adobe has with our enterprise customers, you will need to:
- identify teams of visual communicators that have high propensity for adoption of Adobe Express;
- be able to secure time with them to educate them about Adobe Express and the value that it can deliver to them;
- demonstrate specific value to their current and future creative workflows; and - identify the best way to get them started with Adobe Express that will lead to
repeat use.
To be effective at doing this, you will need to be able to:
- identify repeatable, high value use cases for Adobe Express;
- illustrate how Adobe Express can improve creativity and productivity;
- explain why Adobe Express has strengths over alternative solutions, such as how
it can be used in conjunction with our flagship professional tools like Photoshop and Illustrator, and our cloud services like Adobe Stock, Fonts, and Creative Cloud Libraries;
- set up sample brand assets (e.g. logos, design elements, templates) if this is going to help customers more quickly experience the benefits of Adobe Express;
- identify ways that we can scale impact.
An significant aspect of your role will be to generate actionable insights from your customer engagements to inform Product and GTM teams about what works and what doesn't.
Your success will be dependent on a close partnership with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and colleagues within the global Strategic Development Design team.
What You Need to Succeed
- An understanding of the opportunity and challenges within enterprises for visual communicators to produce the visual communications they need themselves, quickly and effectively.
- A mix of business development, customer success, product evangelism, marketing, and design consulting skills.
- Must be a good presenter/storyteller that can deliver a compelling product demonstration which articulates value (not just feature/function) and translates functional/technical jargon into simple terms.
- Synthesise technical and workflow business requirements into accessible and approachable solutions using Adobe Express
- Must be able to open doors, secure meetings, and develop trusted relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
