Contract Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
The Contract Coordinator will play a pivotal role in the delivery team of a significant industrial project.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a keen interest or background in building services coordination to support the Project Manager through the design, procurement, and delivery of critical services packages.
* Manage end-to-end building services packages including Electrical, Security, Communications, Fire, Hydraulic, and Mechanical systems
* Support design coordination alongside consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
* Administer head contract and subcontracts including procurement, variations, and progress claims
* Track program milestones related to services and ensure alignment with construction schedule
* Collaborate with the PM to drive services through commissioning and handover
* Liaise with subcontractors to resolve issues and ensure technical and contractual compliance
* Prepare and maintain cost reports and documentation
Requirements:
Required skills and qualifications include:
* 3+ years' experience as a Contract Administrator in commercial construction, ideally on D&C projects
* Exposure to or strong interest in building services coordination
* Excellent attention to detail, commercial acumen, and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced team delivering complex, high-value work
* Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar
