Talent Acquisition Leader Position
We are seeking a skilled professional to drive end-to-end recruitment delivery and partner with business leaders to achieve strong talent outcomes. As a key member of the team, you will lead and develop a high-performing Talent Acquisition team.
Main Responsibilities:
* Lead the rollout of our EVP and execute the TA strategy.
* Manage permanent recruitment volumes across the business.
* Oversee recruitment budgets, agency relationships, and casual workforce requirements.
* Deliver an excellent candidate and stakeholder experience.
